About the Author

Brandon Mull lives in Utah by the mouth of a canyon with his wife and three children. He once won gold medal in a pudding eating contest behind his grandmother's house. Brandon Mull is also the author of The New York Times bestselling Fablehaven series and The Candy Shop War Brandon always wanted to be a successful novelist, but often kept his desire a secret, because he new it would be an immense challenge. As a child, he made up wild adventures in his mind and he would sometimes share his imaginary games with his siblings and friends. After graduating from Brigham Young University in 2000, he started writing his first full-length novel. That novel has never been published.
